I had my first surgery in 2004, and I think it was silicone plus nasal cartilage tying. In 2014, I had silicone and septal cartilage done, but I honestly lived forgetting that I had even had nose surgery. Recently, I found out that contracture can be a side effect, so I looked through old photos. Up until 2020, my nose was round and rounded, but recently my nostrils have lifted, changing from a circle to a triangle. From the side, it seems like the columella area has lifted too, so my face now looks like I’ve had a nose surgery. My nose was originally quite bulbous, and I had a lot of flesh on my nostril wings, so I think the lifting didn’t show much. I think the deformation had already started around 2023, and now it seems to have gotten a little worse …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
