Drooping nasal tip

Is there anyone who knows a lot about revision rhinoplasty and autologous costal cartilage? My nasal tip has drooped, so I’m planning to get revision surgery. When I looked it up, a lot of reviews from people who had drooping said they had it done with autologous costal cartilage. So I don’t want donated rib cartilage, and if I do it, I’m thinking of autologous costal cartilage. Is the reason it’s used a lot because it’s sturdier? I’m curious whether it’s more effective and whether it can prevent things from leading to a second revision. Also, I’ve heard a lot that if it’s autologous costal cartilage, rather than a newly opened clinic, I should go somewhere where the director has a lot of experience and a good reputation for nose surgery, so I need to look into hospitals. Does anyone know…
