I had open surgery 13 years ago with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage at the nasal tip. The hump was only shaved down slightly. At hospital 1, they palpated it with ultrasound and did not strongly recommend removal. They said they could open it up and remove everything, but also said that if my current nose has no complications, couldn't I just leave it as is? It was my first consultation and I was flustered, so this is a place where I'm considering a repeat consultation. Based on premium reviews and YouTube reviews, the doctor seems defensive and cautious, so there are many successful cases, but still, as with anywhere, there also seemed to be many negative cases.
