I’ve had almost every possible procedure done to my nose: osteotomy, inner and outer nostril reduction, septal extension, and so on. But the first reason I’m currently considering removal is the pain. As for the shape, it’s already uneven and the asymmetry is seriously bad. It’s been almost a year since surgery, and I had pain from right after the procedure. Now it comes intermittently. The pain feels like pressure throughout my whole nose, throbbing, stinging, etc., and the osteotomy area hurts like a bruise, so I can’t even touch it I still can’t touch my nose at all.
