There isn’t really anywhere on my face that’s okay overall, but my nose is the biggest problem, so I’m asking. The hump is easily felt, and I’ve heard a lot that my nose is big. My skin is on the thicker side, so I’m worried the shape might not improve well even after surgery. Looking at reviews, I saw there’s also something called alar reduction, and it does look like the kind of nose that would need that. Since I’m a man, I really dislike making it extremely thin and long. I just want to naturally reduce the width of my nose, slightly lift only the nasal tip, and fix the hump. Is it possible to finish it with the first surgery? I’m holding off on consultations with GNG and Jeongwon. Even if I have surgery, will it not be corrected…
