I’m planning to get my nose done for the first time, and I’m wondering if it would be okay to do both the nasal bridge and nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. I’m worried about inflammation or warping with silicone, so I want this to be my first and last surgery, and I’m choosing carefully.
