Both the nasal bridge and nasal tip

I’m planning to get my nose done for the first time, and I’m wondering if it would be okay to do both the nasal bridge and nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. I’m worried about inflammation or warping with silicone, so I want this to be my first and last surgery, and I’m choosing carefully. If anyone has had both the nasal bridge and nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage, please share whether you’re satisfied and your review. I was originally planning to do it without an implant, but no matter how I look at it, I think my nasal bridge needs to be done. Looking at Jeongwon, InnoRib for the nasal bridge uses costal cartilage particles, and for the nasal tip, part of the costal cartilage is used to correct the tip.
