I had revision nose surgery for a bulbous nose! The tip of my nose was blunt and wide, so both my side profile and front view were always disappointing. When I consulted with the director, our desired points matched almost perfectly, so I decided to go ahead. This place seems to have a definite strength in making lines that are a little more refined and defined. After surgery, the previously poorly improved wide impression was completely gone, and it came out exactly the way I wanted. There is no pinched-nose shape, and it does not look like a chalk nose, so I am satisfied. It is still holding up well, and I hope there will be no problems in the future haha
