How is the nose shape after removal?

It seems removal is harder than surgery. I think it may be because the shape after surgery cannot be predicted. For most people, it is probably because they dislike their current nose, or because of inflammation, contracture, or psychological anxiety. What if it becomes worse than my current nose? What if it still turns up or contracture occurs after removal? What if I’m still not satisfied after removal and end up looking into revision surgery? I’m like that too. Even after going around to hospital consultations, there isn’t a single place I feel sure about, and the more reviews I read, the more confused I get.
