A place good at alar cartilage damage for nose implant removal

I'm trying to remove my nose surgery materials, and I heard the alar cartilage may be damaged. Is there anywhere that is good with the alar cartilage area? They said I have 2 mm silicone, and without a strut, they stacked 3 layers of ear cartilage on the nasal tip and tied it with thread. They say it isn't L-shaped silicone, but if I just remove it, I'm worried the nostril shape will look strange because of the alar cartilage ㅜㅜ Should I think of this not as removal but more as revision surgery? Since the nose surgery, postnasal drip, runny nose, pressure on the nasal tip, and tightness have been really severe. Is it even possible to have a surgery where they stack as many as three layers of ear cartilage on the nasal tip without a strut?
