After shaving down my hooked nose, I did not have osteotomy. I raised the nasal bridge and nasal tip with 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage, but the silicone became crooked, so I had it corrected. It became crooked again, so I’m planning to just remove it, but I’m worried the shaved area will look flat after removal. Also, I’m not planning to remove anything from the nasal tip, but would that look unnatural?
