There was an early contraction period, so my nasal tip got a lot shorter and I was upset, but now that I’m at 3 months, it has improved a lot!! Compared with my pre-surgery photos, it feels just a tiny bit? shorter? I’m sure this will also improve more as time gradually passes!
The nostril asymmetry and alar cartilage asymmetry are also only asymmetries that I notice myself, so they don’t bother me anymore. I chose removal less than 6 months after my first surgery, so I regretted it and worried, wondering whether I had made the right choice... or whether I should wait a bit longer, but fortunately it seems to have gone well, so I feel relieved.. It’s not a perfectly natural-born nose. When I reach 6 months later, I’ll upload photos together too. For those who are very anxious after surgery, I recommend safely waiting a full year before removal!
