It’s been 7 years since my rhinoplasty. I’m only removing the implant, and leaving the nasal tip with ear cartilage. They said ear cartilage gets absorbed, so it can’t be removed. But if I only remove the nasal bridge and leave just the tip, won’t the nasal tip be too high and become an upturned nose? Will the clinic take care of this on their own, or should I tell them in advance?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
