For my first surgery, they shaved down the hump and the bridge, but the implant is hard and uncomfortable so I’m planning to remove it. If I just remove it, I think the bridge will look flat and broad, so I want to fill it in by refining it with ear cartilage or septal cartilage. If anyone knows a hospital, please recommend one ㅠㅠ Right now my nose feels heavy, tight, and uncomfortable. If I remove it, will my nose feel lighter?
