I’m looking into total removal. From review posts in a community, I saw that when removing a septal support graft, to prevent collapse, they put the removed septal support graft back into its original position. In cases like this, is there still no foreign-body sensation after surgery? I want to remove it because of the foreign-body sensation, so I’m curious about that part.
