If you look at my posts, you will know, but my nasal tip drooped much more than my original nose. My nose surgery completely failed, so I had the implants removed. The first surgery used 3 mm MegaDerm, and the second surgery was donated costal cartilage, nostril reduction, 4 mm silicone, lateral osteotomy, and columella lowering. I removed the donated costal cartilage and reduced the silicone, and for the third surgery I left ear cartilage and 0.5 mm silicone. Then at the 11-month mark, I had the MegaDerm, ear cartilage, and silicone all removed at the hospital where I had the surgery, but now it is completely ruined.
