I’m planning to remove everything from my nose. When I went to the clinic where I had the previous surgery to ask, they said I had septal extension done. They said if the septal extension is removed, the nose will become upturned. Is that really true? If anyone has had it removed, please let me know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
