I had surgery 5 years ago using silicone and septal cartilage, and so far I haven't had any issues at all, such as inflammation or contracture. If I had to mention something uncomfortable, it feels like my rhinitis has gotten a bit worse. Even so, the reason I'm considering removal seems to be because of my overall impression Before surgery, I had a somewhat cute image, but when I had the surgery, the doctor apparently placed the silicone almost from the glabella. The nasal bridge also seems too high, so sometimes when I look at myself, I seem a bit masculine-looking and older-looking. But honestly, it's not bad, and it doesn't bother me that much...
