Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Skin at the nasal osteotomy site or other plastic surgery areas

Areas like my nose and forehead used to have thin skin with visible blood vessels, but after nose surgery, overall it feels like the skin has completely separated, almost like wrinkled paper, and of course the pores are widened. I don’t know if it’s because the osteotomy was done too aggressively, but the largest area is sunken and has purple pigmentation. It stands out more when I smile. On top of that, the skin looks painful, mottled, bumpy, and red all the way to the anterior cheekbone area, and when I smile broadly, my nose and cheekbones turn purplish-red like they’re bruising. Hmm, maybe I couldn’t reduce the swelling properly, so blood circulation got blocked and it hardened…
