The bridge with silicone feels like it's getting thinner and thinner, so I want to remove it ㅠㅠ I had an osteotomy and silicone inserted, and the tip was done with septal cartilage. Would I be able to remove only the silicone? Will the shape look strange ㅠㅠㅠ If I remove the silicone, do I need to replace it with something else? Please help me ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅠㅠㅠ
