4 years ago, I had surgery using 5 mm silicone, osteotomy, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but it is too high and does not suit my image, so I am thinking of having it removedㅠㅠ Only my nose is too high, so it looks artificial. I also feel like more of the red flesh at the inner corners of my eyes is showing. I want to remove the silicone and only have revision surgery on the nasal tip, but will the area between my brows become wider? Because a lot of the red flesh at the inner corners of my eyes shows, I am looking into epicanthoplasty reversal. If I remove the silicone, will the red flesh decrease?ㅠㅠ
