My nose was originally small and low, but in my first surgery they overdid it by leaving the nasal bridge alone and raising only the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, so it became pointy and chopped-looking, the shape was unnatural, and the foreign-body sensation was severe, so I was looking into removal hospitals. I wanted full nose removal surgery at a hospital with excellent skill and good surgical ability, no matter how much it cost. ㅅㅅㅇ pushed revision surgery, gave a negative opinion on the surgical prognosis, low 5 million range. ㄱㅇㅅ recommended revision surgery, gave a positive opinion on the surgical prognosis, high 6 million range. ㅍㄹㅁ removal of all grafted cartilage and restorative surgery through repositioning, high 3 million range …
