It’s been about 2 weeks since I had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage without an implant, but the septal cartilage is deviated inside my nose, so one nostril is almost blocked. My nasal tip and columella are also deviated, and my nostrils are asymmetric, so I want to get early correction or removal surgeryㅜㅜ For those with similar symptoms, what follow-up treatment did you get? If you had removal surgery, please also recommend the hospitalㅜㅜ
