I had everything removed from my nose. Because of my overly raised nose, I had a foreign-body sensation, anxiety, show-through, etc., so I had it removed after one year. I had the silicone and septal cartilage removed, and the capsule was removed too.. They said it took a long time because the adhesions were severe.. They said that because they removed the two pieces of septal cartilage that had been placed, my columella might become crooked.. I was so anxious that I couldn't sleep at night. If my columella becomes crooked, would I need revision surgery again.. I never want to touch my nose again, but.. sigh.... This is really painful.. Has anyone had a case like mine? I know I need to watch the condition.. but if the worst-case scenario happens, what should I do..
