It’s been one month since I had nasal reconstruction surgery. I developed inflammation in my nose, so I removed 15-year-old L-shaped silicone and had revision surgery on the nasal tip using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. I had it done at YSSYT in Apgujeong. I hated having inflammation, so I didn’t put anything in the nasal bridge and asked them to lower it so my nostrils wouldn’t show, but now my nostrils hardly show at all and my columella has dropped noticeably, making my nose look longer ㅜㅜ When I asked the clinic about aftercare/revision, they said the swelling will go down more, so let’s wait until 6 months ㅜㅜ My nose originally showed the nostrils a bit, but could they rise over time? It’s been one month since the revision surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
