I had an implant-free rhinoplasty with osteotomy, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip, but it was removed due to inflammation. It’s the 4th day, and they have cotton in my nose, blocking it with cotton so my nose won’t collapse. Around when will the cotton be removed and when will my original nose return? My nostrils have become really wide right now, and the nasal alae are also extremely widened. They said it may only return about 85%, so when will I be able to remove all the taping and move around freely?ㅠ
