My nasal septum is very deviated, so they said I absolutely need surgery. Breathing is uncomfortable and medication doesn’t help either. But since I’m doing it anyway, I’m thinking of doing cosmetic rhinoplasty at the same timeㅋ I’m debating whether an ENT clinic would be better or a plastic surgery clinic would be better. The more I look it up, the more I worry about side effects tooㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
