Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

If I remove the silicone and lengthen my upturned nose with ear cartilage, will it improve?…

<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery>Before surgery means after double-jaw surgery + before nose surgery After double-jaw surgery, my nostrils seemed to flare up too much and be too visible, so while correcting that, I also had the nasal bridge and tip done together

For the surgery, I had 2 mm silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip At first I felt like the nasal tip was a bit upturned, but people said that after rhinoplasty the nasal tip gradually droops, so I hoped mine would too.. But it didn’t droop, and instead it feels even more upturned than at first

And the most important reason I decided on removal.. After surgery, the skin on my nasal tip started turning red, then folliculitis- and acne-like bumps started appearing Later it gradually covered my whole nose, forehead, both cheeks.. just my entire face Because of this I even went to a university hospital, and they said it was rosacea

But the hospital that did my first surgery said it wasn’t caused by the rhinoplasty, and I’m anxious, so I feel like I need to take it out

While removing it, I want to lower the upturned nose a bit, so I want to have surgery like silicone removal + leaving the capsule in place + nasal tip lengthening with ear cartilage. Everyone here, please look together and tell me if this seems like a nose that could improve
