For my first surgery, I only had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage. I had columellar extension and raised the nasal tip, and it’s been about 10 days, but the nasal tip has swollen up tight and firm, so every time I talk it’s so uncomfortable I could die ㅠㅠ I was prescribed Rizaben because of scar tissue. Is this abnormal, or are there people who were prescribed Rizaben after the antibiotic period because the scar tissue was severe? Do I need to remove it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
