I had surgery at the same hospital three times. The first time was for both function and aesthetics. I didn't like the shape, so I had a second surgery a year later. It was fine for six years, but then inflammation developed and contracture occurred, so I had a third surgery. At first the contracted area was fine, but once the swelling went down, my nose shrank again after a year and the columella retracted. They said if contracture happens again, they'd just do an A/S, but I just put up with it and kept going, and now it's been three years. If I say I want a fourth surgery at the same hospital with autologous costal cartilage, would there be a charge? Or how much extra would it usually be? Even if I look at other hospitals, the cheapest I found was in the high 300s, but cheap usually means poor quality, and the review photos don't look good. The decent places are all in the 600 to 900 range ㅜㅜ If anyone has the same worries or experience as me, please don't just pass by, leave a comment. I'm really struggling and desperate....
