A few years ago, after getting nose surgery, I started feeling foreign-body discomfort and it also feels like the area between the nostrils and the tip of the nose is gradually hollowing out and going inward, so I’m worried. Because of that, I’m thinking about removing everything since it’s making me psychologically really anxious, but I’m also worried that if I remove everything, my nose will rise or collapse down. I’m trying to decide carefully which clinic to go to, and I wanted to ask whether there’s anyone who has actually done it and can recommend somewhere.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
