I had surgery 3 years ago using septal cartilage and silicone, but I have show-through, an indentation where the nasal tip and columella look sunken in, and the silicone is a bit crooked, so I want to have everything removed. Right now I’ve booked consultations at ㅅㅇ, ㅊㅁ, and ㅍㄹㅁ. If anyone here has had removal surgery at any of these places, I’m really begging you ㅠㅠ Since I work in the service industry, this is so important ㅠㅠ Please help me, please ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
