After philtrum shortening, my columella and the base of my nose came down a bit, and I’m confused about whether it’s contracture or not, so I’m writing out a long list of revision rhinoplasty clinics. For philtrum shortening too, just like revision rhinoplasty, most places only schedule nose consultations after 6 months have passedㅠㅠ I wonder if the subnasal incision for philtrum shortening causes the same damage as open rhinoplasty. I didn’t think deeply about that and had philtrum shortening twice. Since I’ve also had my nose done twice, if you count that as opening it 4 times, and if my vascular condition is similar to a 4th nose surgery, that would be a big problem. It’s true that the more times you do open surgery, the higher the possibility of contracture gets, right? Anyway, I’ve only heard the name ㄴㅈㄹ a lot, but closed…
