If I do it this time, it’ll be my fifth surgery, and thin skin has always been the issue. Is autologous dermis really the answer for the last oneㅠㅠ If I completely remove everything, I can’t give up the height, and right now my nose has a step-off and the shape of the donated costal cartilage is showing throughㅠㅠ The clinic where I had surgery even gave me a dermis injection saying they would get rid of the step-off, but maybe it all got absorbed, because there is no correction at all. I have such a headache over what I should do about this.
