It’s been almost 2 years since my first surgery. First of all, my natural nose was a blunt bulbous nose, so I don’t want to go completely back to my original nose, and I don’t want to remove the septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the nasal tip. There is some visibility of the ear cartilage at the nasal tip, but it doesn’t bother me much. So what I’m debating is whether, while removing the silicone, I should also remove the visible ear cartilage, or whether I should remove it later if a problem occurs. Also, if autologous cartilage gets inflamed, can’t I just go to the hospital and take antibiotics? Since I’ve had nose surgery, I feel like I’ll have to keep managing it, and being careful is…
