Hello, I've posted so many times that I think many people here probably know me. I'm almost at 4 months after nose surgery, and I've decided to have removal at 6 months. It's because my impression changed a lot. I went from looking gentle to feeling sharper, and when I asked everyone, they said the nasal tip seems to have had a big influence. If possible, I want to have everything removed, but will my nasal tip spread back out as much as my original nose? Does it look like a lot of osteotomy was done, or should I also consider re-osteotomy? I want to return as close as possible to my original. I know it won't become exactly similar, but at least my image again ...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
