Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I'm wondering if I should also remove the nasal valve reconstruction (spreader graft?)..!!

During my first surgery, I had the rhinitis three-piece set: septal deviation correction, inferior turbinate surgery, and nasal valve reconstruction, while raising the nasal tip and placing costal cartilage particles on the nasal bridge. I knew nothing at the time, but looking back now, my nose has had so much manipulation… seriously, if there is no real problem with the nose, the answer is not to touch it. I'm really upset. Anyway, the reason I'm writing this is that as soon as I reach 6 months, I'm going to get removal surgery. But while looking for information online, I found that one hospital famous for removal leaves the nasal valve and does full removal. My original nose looked fine from the outside …
