When you have osteotomy surgery, they put the tape and the corrective device on together. I was pressing my nose about every 30 minutes, or whenever I remembered, but now that the tape is off, I'm wondering how long I should press it. I'm worried it may have bent because I didn't press it straight enough. The doctor said to press it for one hour, but should I press firmly for the entire hour~ or just press it here and there.
