I’m planning to remove my nasal septal extension and support strut. Is there anyone who, like me, had even part of the nostril wing removed? They had cut the upper part of my nostril wing. I’m so worried that it might become upturned because of that I desperately need a review from someone who had their nostril wing cut and then had their nose implant/material removed
