During my first surgery, for a crooked nose, I had osteotomy, septal cartilage was used, and 3 mm silicone was placed. As time passed, the silicone collapsed to the right, the columella became crooked, and the nostril asymmetry was so severe that I decided on revision surgery ㅠ I had the revision a week ago. Very slight osteotomy, existing septal cartilage, ear cartilage, 2 mm silicone, and nostril lowering. Even before surgery, the director said we should remove the silicone ㅠ but I couldn’t give up on the nasal bridge, so we proceeded as planned. During surgery, they said Medpor that I didn’t even know about came out, so they removed it. I was honestly so shocked, but I can’t remember the first hospital, so I’m really angry ㅠ The columella was corrected straight, and the uneven nostrils…
