I sometimes see people who had rhinoplasty without implants still getting removal, too. I'm doing it without implants because I want the safest option, but I wonder if even this really depends on the person. I'm making rounds for revision consultations, and since I currently have thin silicone, I'm going to remove it. But I think it will feel lacking once it's removed, so I'm thinking of raising the nasal bridge with dermis. I didn't do the nasal tip before, but this time I'm thinking of raising the nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage.
