I’m now 6 months post-op and septal cartilage was used, but my nasal tip has really drooped so much. It looks like a hooked nose and looks way too long. Honestly, from the beginning, it felt like the nasal tip was not high, but as the swelling went down, the tip kept droopingㅠ I’m seriously so stressed and I’m planning revision surgery. If I get revision surgery, how should the nasal tip be raised?ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
