I’m now 6 months post-op and septal cartilage was used, but my nasal tip has really drooped so much. It looks like a hooked nose and looks way too long. Honestly, from the beginning, it felt like the nasal tip was not high, but as the swelling went down, the tip kept drooping I’m seriously so stressed and I’m planning revision surgery. If I get revision surgery, how should the nasal tip be raised?
