Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Please recommend a hospital for my 5th revision rhinoplasty ㅠ No inflammation, shape issue

I had my 4th revision surgery last year, and I’m looking into hospitals for my 5th revision. Is there anywhere you’d recommend?

For now, the problems are: 1. Because I had double-jaw surgery, the support structure under the nose needs to be set up well, but it wasn’t done properly, so my nose is getting more crooked over time and my philtrum looks rotated (At the hospital where I had my 4th revision, they clearly said they would set it up well, but recently, a director at another hospital touched it and said it is collapsing because there is no internal support) 2. Because of issue 1, the nasal tip and nasal bridge look diagonal 3. I originally had a bulbous nose, so to make the nose look slimmer, they inserted autologous costal cartilage and raised it a bit more, but the alar area above the tip became thicker, not the tip itself (another hospital told me it happened because of the surgical method) 4. It was raised a bit more with autologous costal cartilage, but because of issue 3, my nose doesn’t feel like it became slimmer 5. Only the very end of my nose was raised like a bird’s beak, so it looks pointy, while the bridge between the eyebrows was lowered compared with before, making the balance look strange 6. I wanted the columella to be brought out, so they did that, but maybe because the support structure wasn’t placed inside, it all went back in again ㅠ

Before my revision last year, I went to O-N and O-C-B, and I was choosing between O-C-B and the hospital I ended up going to, then got surgery, and this is what happened... (I completely ruled out O-N. The surgery cost was the highest, but when I went for the consultation, most of the patients were Chinese.) So recently I went back to O-C-B for another consultation. I liked the consultation and the director explained things in detail, so I was thinking of doing it there, but after looking at premium reviews in a community, there were some things that bothered me..

And since people say it’s better to visit at least 3 hospitals, I’m searching in a community, but there aren’t any hospitals that clearly stand out. Please recommend a hospital that is good at revision surgery..!

For now, I’ve never once had nasal inflammation or contracture. My nasal skin is also on the thicker side..!

People who have had many surgeries usually go to those kinds of hospitals because of inflammation (hospitals that control inflammation and take care of function), but in my case, I’m having surgery purely because of the shape, so I’m wondering where I should go..
