I'm a fourth-time rhinoplasty patient looking into early removal of septal extension and spreader grafts, and I'm thinking of doing it at either G S or H. Previously, I only had nasal tip cartilage repositioning surgery and developed nasal obstruction, so I'm really worried my nose will get blocked again. H Plastic Surgery seems to actively look into nasal obstruction too, so if anyone can leave a review, please help me a bit ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
