They said it might be an overharvest of the septal cartilage and suggested reinforcing the septum. I heard that during extension, the harvested septal cartilage is placed back in its original position. If it’s placed back in its original position, could there be no side effects? Is it placed as an overlay next to my original septal cartilage, or is it placed in the empty space where it was harvested from? ㅠㅠ If anyone here has had the surgery or heard about it after a consultation, please help
