It's been about 5 weeks since surgery, and my nasal dorsum is bulkier than my nasal tip. Without ever discussing it with me, they performed nasal sidewall augmentation with costal cartilage particles, so my nasal dorsum became extremely wide. The first is an edited photo, and the second is my current state. I really don't want to have surgery again, but can this really be corrected with a closed approach?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
