Right now, because of septal extension, my columella is bent. Is it right to remove it and make a pillar with nasal cartilage, or is it right to leave the septum as it is and correct it by adding only ear cartilage on the opposite side of the bend? The border of my nasal bridge is also very obvious. Would AlloDerm be okay? Would autologous dermis be safer? I really hope I never get contracture.
