Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

A 3-part functional rhinoplasty set and 2 cosmetic surgery procedures

I went to the hospital because of a deviated septum, and the hospital said it was severe. They said that while doing septal surgery, they would do nasal valve reconstruction, and because my nose is crooked and has a hump, they would perform osteotomy and use septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But I don’t really care about the hump, and I only want to do something about the crookedness, so it’s a bit scary that they say osteotomy is needed. Even when I look in the mirror, it seems like only the soft part under the nasal bone is crooked, so that part must be cartilage, right? If it’s crooked because of the cartilage areaㅜ do they really have to do osteotomy all the way to the bone?
