Was it about 3 months after I had surgery 3 years ago? As all the swelling went down, my nasal tip started dropping.. Is revision surgery with rib cartilage the answer? Mijak, Ahn, Ppully, and Conopi are places that handle rib cartilage well, right? It would be even better if surgery is possible without using rib cartilage, but not a clinic that recommends rib cartilage no matter what. Please tell me clinics that are good at reviving the nasal tip
