Since a while ago, the cartilage at my nasal tip has been showing through and protruding a bit, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. Would it be better to have the revision at the clinic where I had my surgery, or to go to a clinic specializing in revision surgery? I want to remove the silicone and have the cartilage repositioned.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
