My first surgery was 12 years ago. I had filler once and was so satisfied with it that I decided to get nose surgery. Since I was doing it anyway, I also wanted rhinitis treatment, so I had surgery at an ENT clinic specializing in rhinoplasty. There was a small amount of filler left, but they said it was okay to operate without removing it. I didn’t like the surgical result because they made it too high for my face, but I just lived with it. My second surgery was 7 years ago. I decided on it because the nasal tip seemed to be turning white from pressure. They lowered the nose very naturally and operated harmoniously with my face, making it similar to my preoperative nose shape.
